I can’t remember who introduced Pho to me, but all I know was he/she changed my life.
I love food, especially trying out if it’s something I haven’t had before.. So you would think a city like me, living in Manila with access to food across the world, would have had Vietnamese Pho ages ago. Well, you’re definitely wrong!
I would always walk past Vietnamese restaurants, probably in Mall of Asia or Makati back then when I was still in the Philippines, but I never thought of trying Pho. I’ve had the BEST bahmi in Glorietta but I don’t know why I never thought of trying Pho.
The very first time I had was in Idaho Falls and i felt in love. I know that 10/10 it would be my new obsession! Fortunately, Caden loves it too. So we have tried multiple Pho places in Utah and our favorite ones are Phở Salt Lake and Phở Saigon Noodle House. They’re both located in Murray, Utah.
Luckily, we have the Kingdom of Pho in Rexburg and Hot Spring Pho in Idaho Falls! So, if you’re around those places, make sure to check them out!
