First of all, If you haven’t tried UBE itself, you are not living your life. Second, if you don’t like Ube and Cheese together, we cannot be friends.
This cheesecake is my ultimate go-to when I need a break on something or if I’m feeling down. And since I live in Rexburg, a place that has a tagline of “there’s nothing there,” we have to make this ourselves.
